1. When there is an urgent client requirement for specific data sets and information, DMNDI has the flexibility and desire to meet those needs. When normal operations are stretched, and an experienced resource is needed, DMNDI can step in for that critical short term on-demand assistance. We understand that unplanned situations arise and in some cases the client cannot wait for the standard queue or be bound by SOP. We aim to meet that need.
2. With the growing move to cloud environments many clients do not choose to maintain enterprise data, applications, or a dedicated full time IT staff. However, some additional support, not provided by the hosting service, may be desired. Tasks including routine data pulls, automated bulk updates and imports, mergers, or custom reports might not get priority. DMNDI is experienced in all aspects of data support and has the flexibility to assist in these areas.
